ALUCROM is ready to paint, as well as a quick-drying universal corrosion protection primer.

ALUCROM is highly productive due to its solids content of >70%. The primer owns a good liability and an application-related overpaintability.

ALUCROM is environmentally friendly and sustainable because it is a product based on a PVC-free binder combination and natural synthetic resin. Environmental compatibility is underlined by heavy metal-free, zinc-, phosphate- and chromium-free compounds in the anti-corrosive pigments, barrier pigments and adhesives. Last but not least, ALUCROM is free of aromatics and xylene-containing solvents.

ALUCROM is economical. It can be applied immediately in its original form without dilution. It can be applied at approximately 10 m²/kg with a calculated layer thickness of 60 µm or more by brushing, rolling, and conventional spraying. With appropriate dilution, ALUCROM can also be applied in electrostatic systems.

Area of Application

ALUCROM can be used as a rust protection primer and corrosion protection primer for new and maintenance coating of iron and steel parts. ALUCROM can basically be used in all environmental areas.

ALUCROM can be used as an active corrosion protection primer in the base coat for various top coats. Its applications are diverse, including boiler and apparatus construction, tank construction, and mechanical engineering. It also serves as corrosion protection for vehicles and vehicle components, as well as in shipbuilding.

ALUCROM is suitable for almost all common industrial processing methods.

Offer

ALUCROM is offered and delivered by us in standard red-brown, matte (similar to RAL 3009). It provides full corrosion protection in this form.

We offer a standard container size of 16 kg (minimum order 2x16 kg buckets). For retailers and their customers, we can also offer smaller containers, e.g., 1kg cans (minimum order of 32x1kg cans).

In our specialty coatings segment, we supply to all processing companies and businesses, as well as retailers and their customers, on a wholesale scale in the industrial B2B format.
